Shipping and returns

All prices published on our website www.avarkiss.com have VAT included .

Shipping costs Spain:

• Peninsula: Courier (Redyser): € 8 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (no courier shipments will be made to the Canary Islands). Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 hours.
• Canary Islands: shipments will only be made by ordinary mail. Cost: € 9. Estimated delivery time: 5 business days.

These rates are flat: They are applicable to all purchases, regardless of the number of items purchased.

www.avarkiss.com reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to process the order of a customer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom there is an active payment dispute.

Returns

www.avarkiss.com guarantees you a refund of the amount of the product if you are not satisfied with it during the 15 days after it is sent, as long as the product is in the same labeling and packaging conditions in the that was sent.

The amount will be paid in the same way that the payment was made (deposit in the card number or checking account from where it was made).
